Bring it Back In

So just in case you're one of my avid readers and you got to thinking that I was so fantastic and always nice to my customers, let me tell you what just happened.

A customer called and was annoyed with me. He had called a couple of weeks ago when I was out, complained to one of my mechanics about some screws we put on his molding (he didn't like the way they looked) and was upset that I never called him back.

OK, so after cooling off I sent him an email and apologized for yelling and we've completely made up! He's bringing it back in.
